Having a secured pipeline of upcoming work, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to support the delivery of a commercial fit out & refurbishment projects valued above $5M - $20M from start to finish in Sydney.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Project Engineer, you will report to the Project Manager and work alongside a well-resourced team to deliver a project that you’ll be proud to have worked on. You will work collaboratively with the site team to deliver a commercial fit out & refurbishment projects valued $5M - $20M, from start to finish. You will liaise with stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered to a high and will be supported by a team consisting of a Project Manager, Site Manager and Cadet.
DUTIES.
- Oversee standards of quality and procedure
- Services and design coordination
- Subcontractor compliance and activities
- Programming preparation and administration
- WHS advocation
- Cost control, variations, RFI’s
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
- Proven record of monitoring, managing, and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processes as a Site/Project Engineer / Junior Project Manager or similar
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Commercial fit out & refurbishment projects are highly desirable
