As their ambassador, you'll play a crucial role in weaving our customer service values ensuring every customer or prospect receives an outstanding experience across all communication channels.

- Experience in the construction/design or related industry, preferred but not essential
- A history of providing exceptional customer service?
- Great people skills
- CRM system proficiency as well as Microsoft products
- Excellent efficiency and time management skills
