ABOUT THE ROLE
The front office team are responsible for the first and last impressions of our guests.
Taking a hands-on approach, you will oversee housekeeping, reception, concierge, night audit and reservation sections ensuring the overall rooms division operation runs smoothly. Working collaboratively with all other department managers, including F&B, you will excel in creating Public’s personalised signature service delivering memorable experiences for our guests - Two days are never the same at OH!
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 2 years front office management experience
- Guest service is in your DNA, you easily connect with a variety of people and revel in creating memorable stays.
- You have an in-depth understanding of all Front Office operations, standards & procedures
- Sound understanding of hotel property management systems, night audit and reservations
- Excellent communication, administration skills, you enjoy multi-tasking.
- Well organized, with attention to detail
- Flexible availability across a 7-day roster.
- You have full unrestricted Australian work rights

Salary: $78,500.00 – $80,000.00 per year
