The OpportunityOne of our most loyal clients has launched multiple restaurants this year, and has had an excellent record developing Assistant Managers into Restaurant Managers, but now it is time to add depth to the portfolio.
With internal promotions comes opportunity, and we're delighted to be searching for a committed hospitality professional who is ready to step in to one of Geelong's most popular and highest performing restaurants in the area.
Our client is a fast, casual dining operation, that is very much a healthier grab n go option or a casual dine fix. Expect to lead a team of 5 on shift, whilst getting the coaching you need to grow and develop into a senior leader.
What's In It For You?
- $60,000-$65,000 + Super
- Flexible with roster requests, no crazy late nights, and managers get every 2nd weekend off
- Take part in community events, go away on leadership conferences, and help launch future restaurants
- You'll get the chance to coach and train team members and supervisors, help create action plans and manage team performance
- With more restaurants set to open in 2024 will create more opportunity to climb the ladder - there's a good chance this will lead to a Restaurant Manager level within the group in the near future
