We are looking for Occupational Therapists who love what they do. Reporting to the OT Team Leader, this opportunity will see you manage your own caseload in NDIS or Homecare Packages, or a combination of both. There is also an opportunity to work out of a Residential Age Care facility for part of your week if you are looking for more diversity and range.

The Role
You will deliver services to our clients in the community with the support of clinical leads and team leaders. Working as part of a wider team of Occupational Therapists, you will be in an environment of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement and be surrounded with a culture of positive engagement within the team.

We are looking for someone that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our people. As an Occupational Therapist at Empower, you align with our core values of innovation, care, outcomes, fun, quality, and accountability and consistently live these values every day and inspire others to live these values.
You must also have:
  • Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy
  • At least 1 year clinical practice experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience as an Occupational Therapist in a community setting
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Police Check Clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills and attention to detail
