Your responsibilities might include:
- Attending to the scope of work assigned with defined work methods and delivering these works in accordance with total project schedule;
- Exceeding performance targets for construction related aspects of the projects; including time, cost and quality.
- Providing advice and supporting field operations teams to ensure that daily targets are consistent with overall project targets
- Understanding contractual obligations to manage and mitigate any risks
- Supervising and coordinating resource allocation, fostering teamwork and positive attitudes
- Controlling costs to meet project performance targets within budget
- Ensuring HSEQ objectives are set and adhered too, always maintaining a strong safety culture
- Fostering strong relationships and communications with internal and external stakeholders to create long lasting relationships.
To be considered for the role you will have:
- Civil Engineering Degree
- Proven management skills, practices and planning ability
- Strong and demonstrated experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers for site works
- Strong and demonstrated experience in project compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and relevant specifications
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders
