Title: Customer Service Officer, permanent, temporary full-time, part-time and casual Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $69708.55 to $81012.92 (pro-rata for part-time) per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)
Casual rate from $47.70 inclusive of loading

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Represent Council in a positive and professional manner to enhance the customer focused image of Council.
2) Work as part of the Customer Service team by providing service to the community via phone, face to face and in writing; accurately processing payments, applications and customer requests.
3) Participate in the continuous improvement of Customer Service procedures.
