Join a team that has been given the opportunity to make it right for our customers. A key priority for the business, this team has been specifically set up to deliver on critical service related customer communication campaigns over the next 18 months.
Be part of the big picture:
The Marketing Manager role/s sits within the overall Digital and Customer Crew and specifically sits within the Engagement & Personalisation, Centre of Excellence (COE). You'll also be part of a Service Squad whose main purpose is to help you deliver on these customer campaigns in a structured, organised and agile way.
As a highly experienced Marketing Manager in 1:1 marketing, ideally in the finance industry, you'll lead various service / compliance related campaigns across CommSec.
Your day will be about:

Planning campaigns based on clear objectives and timings.

Ensuring accurate and timely data for customer selection and analysis.

Seeing copy & creative through from conception to final production across all channels including email, direct mail, SMS and the CommSec app.

Briefing all key stakeholders at relevant stages of the campaign end-to-end process.

Executing post campaign analysis and learnings.

Don't mind geeking out. You have strong analytical skills to deep dive into customer data sets and guide decision making.

Believe in the power of yet. You have a desire to learn more with a growth mindset and positive attitude.

Are keen as mustard. You want to learn everything there is to know about the Share Trading business.

Have the quals. You have tertiary qualifications in business, economics or business related discipline.
