JOB SUMMARY
A position has become available for an enthusiastic individual to become an integral part of our team. You will need to provide a variety of reception and administrative services for our patients and practice. The successful candidate will need to be adaptive and comfortable working in dynamic, changing environments. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and health professionals, therefore a high level of maturity, professionalism, and sensitivity is required. On the job training will be provided for a successful applicant.
Hours of work will vary but to meet the needs of the practice you must have a flexible approach to working hours and to fulfil short notice shifts and leave where required.
Current opening hours for the practice are:
Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm
Saturday 9am-1pm
EXPERIENCE,SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The following skills and experience would be desirable in a successful applicant:
- Previous experience working within a healthcare setting
- Dedicated work ethic and positive "can do" approach to tasks
- Ability to take initiative, work in a team and as an individual
- High level of organisational skills, time management & prioritization
- Accuracy and attention to detail, multi-tasking and efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Knowledge of Best Practice and EFTPOS/Tyro
- willing to obtain CPR and First Aid Certificate

Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

- Weekend availability
Licence/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- COVID Vaccine certificate (Preferred)
