Looking for your next challenge in Customer Service? Busy and fast paced environment, full training on systems provided, work as part of a fund team! Responsibilities 

• Inbound and outbound telephone call handling
• Processing orders through CRM Salesforce
• Actioning and responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Processing customer orders accurately and to tight deadlines
• Problem solving and handling queries in a professional and efficient manner
• Day to day administration and customer service duties using software system

Key Criteria · Customer service driven and enthusiastic team player · CRM and database savvy – Salesforce skills a bonus! · Excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement · FMCG or transport background highly regarded though not essential · Willingness to learn, achieve KPI’s and results driven · Highly self-motivated, excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills · Able to work full time hours with flexible rostered start times · Flexible, adaptable and keen to achieve Looking for a great place to work?
