Care Support Worker
We’re currently on the lookout for talented Care staff to join our aged care facility in various roles – casual, part-time, and full-time. Our facility is surrounded by peaceful gardens and a friendly community. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Skills required:
- Minimum of Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
- Medication Management Qualifications
- Salary range $59K-$65K
- Highly developed written and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently or as a team
- Passion and empathy to work with the elderly
- Commitment to quality management and continuous improvement
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Capacity to work within Orana Gardens Mission, Vision and Statement of Values
- Good time management skills
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule
- Hold a current and valid First Aid Certificate
