As a proficient and meticulously organised Team Assistant with a proven track record of supporting large teams, your expertise and familiarity will enable you to seamlessly integrate into the Innovation team, collaborating with 30 of your creative, diligent, and exceptionally intelligent colleagues. Additionally, your positive outlook and confidence enable you to swiftly cultivate relationships within your team and throughout the broader organisation, collaborating with fellow Team Assistants and operational support personnel to facilitate the attainment of team and company-wide objectives.
A snapshot of your role…
- Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to directors, key managers, project managers, and other departmental staff
- Manage travel arrangements, conduct research, compile reports, and update workbooks and session materials for managers
- Process purchase orders, handle receipts, and collaborate with accounts payable to ensure prompt and accurate invoice payments
- Develop, edit, and review PowerPoint presentations, while also overseeing the management of SharePoint files
- Facilitate community engagements during designated office days, coordinate team meetings, arrange breakout activities, social events, and catering services
