Description:
The Position
- You will prepare, cook, and serve meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents and guests
- Provide exceptional service when interacting with our staff, residents, and guests
- Maintain food safety standards in line with company policies
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create specials outside the regular menu cycle
The Person
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
- Experience working in a high volume, buffet-style kitchen.
- Ability to follow safe food handling procedures
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
