Are you looking for a great opportunity to extend your skills and experience? The Office of the Assistant Director-General Intergovernmental Relations and Schools Resourcing Review is looking for Corporate Services Officer to manage and coordinate corporate governance processes across the branch and provide expert advice and support to the Assistant Director-General. This is a temporary full-time position for a period of 9 months, unless otherwise determined.

About The Role

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Manage and coordinate corporate governance processes, including financial, human resource, asset and budget management across all units within the Strategic Policy and Intergovernmental Relations Branch.
  • Provide support and continually monitor and review systems and information, providing recommendations for effective strategies to manage and improve corporate governance functions and processes within Strategic Policy and Intergovernmental Relations Branch.


The Corporate Services Officer reports to the Business Manager, Office of the Assistant Director-General, Intergovernmental Relations and Schools Resourcing Review branch. Strategic Policy and Intergovernmental Relations Branch, Policy, Performance, International and Intergovernmental Division. The Corporate Services Officer may also be required to work under the direction of other senior staff in periods of peak activity.
