The Opportunity?

As the result of current work scope demands, SIMPEC has long-term opportunities for experienced Advanced Scaffolders to join our growing team. Working locally on a Kwinana based project

  • Dayshift : Monday to Friday work week – 48 hours
  • Potential for Saturday work
  • ASAP start, with at least 6 months work
  • Dayshift rates and allowances include:
  • A casual flat rate of $52.00 per hour flat rate + $2 per hour PIP + $3 attendance allowance

About You?

  • Always lead by example with respect to health and safety on site, contributing and complying with all site safety initiatives and procedures, and embracing the SIMPEC SIMSafe culture framework.
  • Previous experience working as an Advanced Scaffolders on a construction project, ideally within the resources industry.
  • Hold a Construction Card (WA White Card)
  • Hold a current HRWL with Advanced Scaffolding & Work Platform ( SA, WP )
  • Hold tickets for both Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights (from within the last 2 years)
  • Comfortable building positive and productive working relationships with your colleagues and relevant site stakeholders.
  • Strongly demonstrate and support the SIMPEC core values; Lead Positively – Create Teams – Be Like No Other.
