The Position
- Prospecting for new business
- Running marketing campaigns
- Working closely with the property management team to hand over new business
- Database management
- Meeting & achieving KPI targets
- Strategy planning with senior management
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or Business Development Manager within the real estate sector
- Current PM or Sales Registration
- Current drivers licence
- Hunger & drive to meet budgets/KPI's
