Your role
Due to an internal promotion, the Perth rental branch are seeking their new Assistant Branch Manager to look after everything ‘back of house’.
You will oversee and supervise the repairs, maintenance and detailing teams to ensure that vehicles are in top order between hires and manage fleet maintenance workflows for 35 rental motorhomes.
You will also engage closely with suppliers and liaise directly with customers regarding their rental agreements and motorhome features.
Your Profile
You will have experience within a vehicle rental operation and understanding of fleet management workflows across rental agreements, repairs, maintenance and detailing will be highly regarded.
Team Leaders, Service Advisors or Managers from a vehicle rental environment who are looking for their next career move will be well-suited to this role.
As you will be overseeing a number of teams, it is essential that you bring experience supervising others and a ‘customer-first’ attitude in representing this brand.
It is a requirement that you hold a valid open driver’s license (as you will need to drive the RVs yourself around the site) and permanent working rights in Australia is required for this permanent opportunity.
Some weekend work will be required for this role on a rotating roster, however you will be remunerated for these hours with great penalty rates!
