We are seeking a skilled and passionate Flower Grower to join our team.

As a Flower Grower, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing various types of flowers, ensuring their optimal growth and quality. Your role will involve managing greenhouse environments, monitoring plant health, and implementing effective pest and disease control measures. Additionally, you will be tasked with coordinating planting schedules, maintaining inventory levels, and harvesting flowers according to seasonal demands.

Key Responsibilities :

• Cultivate and care for a diverse range of flowers, including but not limited to roses, lilies, and tulips.
• Monitor greenhouse conditions such as temperature, humidity, and light levels to create ideal growing environments.
• Implement integrated pest management strategies to control pests and diseases.
• Develop and maintain planting schedules to ensure continuous flower production.
• Harvest flowers at peak freshness and quality, adhering to established standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues affecting plant growth.
• Maintain accurate records of cultivation activities, inventory levels, and harvest yields.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate tasks and achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

• Proven experience as a Flower Grower or similar role, preferably in a commercial greenhouse setting. At least 5 years work experience.
• Sound knowledge of plant biology, cultivation techniques, and pest management practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Qualifications in horticulture or a related field are desirable but not essential.
