Site Manager-Remote Western AustraliaLOCATED IN REMOTE WESTERN AUSTRALIA - LIVE IN ROLE - RELOCATION IS REQUIRED
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for this busy roadhouse property located in regional Western Australia.
This is a very hands on role and you will be working hands on across all aspects of the business whilst overseeing the day to day management of the site, employees and different departments.
This role would suit a candidate with previous remote area management experience who enjoys regional living.
The town offers local facilities including a local bank, post office, pub, supermarket, gym and pool.
This is an ideal location to save money with accommodation and duty meals provided as part of the package. As a large company there is plenty of room for career advancement.
Package:
- $100,000 per annum
- Accommodation + Duty Meals
- Self Contained Accommodation
- 4 Weeks Annual Leave
Duties Include but not limited to:
- Day to day management of the site overseeing all aspects of the venue including administration, kitchen, housekeeping, retail, fuel, accommodation, food & beverage.
- Admin –spreadsheets, reconciliation of day books, reconciliation of fuel, stocktakes, filing, ordering, stocktaking, pricing, general reports etc
- Motel Reception – booking customers into accommodation, maintain booking systems
- Recruitment, managing and training of staff
- Open and close of the venue including cashing up and balancing of tills, banking procedures
- Liaising with suppliers, liquor licensing
- Ensure secure and safe working conditions
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy remote venue
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with staff management
- Hold or be able to obtain a WA Approved Managers License
- Hold a current National Police Clearance
