You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient service is provided to our clients in order to meet client needs and demands of the business.
About The Role
As a member of the Grace Records Management team you will be providing premium customer service and account management to some of Australia’s leading organisations and government agencies.
The duties will include:
  • Order collection and delivery of client records and information
  • Warehouse presentation and management
  • Customer service queries
  • Maintaining high profile account service delivery
  • Daily record management and security of client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage
  • Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requests
  • Working with computer technology with scanners, PCs, etc.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
  • Minimum Car Licence
  • Forklift licence - mandatory
  • Stock picker licence - highly desirable
  • Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Be hard working and reliable
  • Be well groomed and physically fit to perform manual handling tasks
  • Have good computer literacy skills
  • Warehouse and or transport experience an advantage but not essential
  • Work well under pressure and be a good team player


Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
