Contract opportunity for a seasoned Sys Administrator to work into Defence, Linux experience using CI/CD tools, deploying via virtual environments

You will be responsible for:
- Upgrading Linux Operating Systems across application platforms.
- Redeploying containerised applications and troubleshoot as needed.
- Implementing security hardening of applications, operating systems and networking.
- Reviewing privileged access across all systems and code repositories.
- Reviewing Cybersecurity assessments.
- Follow Change Management and Cybersecurity processes.
Experience deploying Linux servers via Virtual Environments as well as:
- Extensive Linux administration skills
- Experience with Linux server hardening and firewall configuration.
- Experience with containerised application environments such as Docker.
- Experience in deploying environments via CI/CD tools.
- Advanced Web Application configuration experience
- Familiarisation with project and repository permissions on code repositories.
- Familiarisation or experience with DevOps tools and processes.
