The Thunderbird Mineral Sands Project (Thunderbird) is located mid-way between Derby and Broome, in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
Thunderbird is one of the largest and highest-grade zircon mineral sands deposits in the world and contains valuable heavy minerals including ilmenite, zircon, leucoxene, and rutile, which are extracted and exported via the Port of Broome.

Job Description About the Role Residing in the West Kimberley and reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance, this is an The Company· A Dynamic and Privileged civil contracting company specialising in the roads, highways & rail market place.

- Oversee preparation of progress control plans (flow charts , inspection test plans & permanent records ) relating to drawings & Auditing· Liaise with clients such as MRPV, local councils & utility companies as required, when elevated to Project Manager· Oversee development of the site occupational health & safety manual and implement· Oversight of submission of RFI's· Oversee Manage and maintain cost controls, lookaheads and forecasting· Program, Financial, KPI Reporting· Oversee management of stakeholder relationshipsResponsibilities : · To ensure their scope is built to the correct standards as set out in the design· To ensure the Budget for their scope is met· To ensure client timeline is met· To convey relevant information to stakeholdersMust Have· Civil related degree· Demonstrated history as Construction Project Manager on these types of jobs· Right to work in AustraliaRemuneration range is $150-190k + SuperPlease apply online.

- Annual salary minimum 70.000 Australian dollars
- interpreting architectural drawings and specification
- interpreting air conditioning drawings and specifications
- Preparation of estimates and tender submissions in consultation with clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Project management for HVAC system installation projects
- coordinating labour resources, and procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment.
- Attend project site coordination meetings, identifying project variances, implementing corrective actions and provide subsequent project reporting.
- Coordinating and consulting with the main contractor and workshop during the development of projects
