Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience and expertise in pass and prep cooking and displaying culinary finesse.
- Outstanding ability to follow, give and communicate directions effectively within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food health & safety procedures and practices.
- Resilience and composure under pressure, ensuring consistent delivery of top-quality dishes.
- Experience in stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
