Level 3 Windows Systems Engineer is required to join a growing MSP as they continue to scale!Role: Level 3 Systems Engineer
Type: Permanent Full Time
Salary: $130-150k base + super
Location: Brisbane Hybrid

Professional Background:
Proven career experience in a Level 3 System Engineer function
Prior or current MSP or Consulting experience preferred
Solid all rounder tech generalist within the MS Stack
Proven history of “working smarter not harder”
Think outside the box, be curious and start to automate repetitive tasks through scripting!
Relevant Vendor or relevant Industry certifications highly desirable
Technology & Demonstrated expertise in:

- Point of escalation at Level 3
- Monitoring & maintenance
- Problem Identification and Root Cause Analysis
- Working to industry best practices & ITIL
- Knowledge and experience in implementing and supporting solutions in Azure, including Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD and SharePoint
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security principles
- Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMWare, AHV, Hyper-V or KVM
- Windows Server management (2012 to 2022)
- Monitoring systems: RMM & PRTG
- Proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python or Bash for automation tasks.
