We have a permanent full time Water and Wastewater Operator position available in the Isaac Region. Now is the time to join our Water and Waste Directorate! Reporting to the Treatment Plant Supervisor, the Water and Wastewater Operator position is responsible for the efficient and effective ‘hands-on’ day to day operation of Council’s water and wastewater treatment plants.
Key skills and experience:
- Certificate III in Water Industry Operations ( both water and wastewater disciplines would be advantageous ).
- Construction Card.
- Demonstrated experience in the operation of water and wastewater treatment plants.

- Attractive salary $70,451.87 per annum, plus allowances
- Subsidised Council accommodation - $80 per week
- Nominally 38 hours per week
- Fortnightly rostered day off (RDO)
