The Role:
Working in a professional yet fun working environment, there currently is an exciting opportunity for a Strata Assistant supporting two successful Strata Managers managing a high-end portfolio. Exceeding clients expectations, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting two Strata Managers
• Liaising with Contractors, Owners & Tenants
• Sending out building updates & communications to tenants
• Preparation of AGM'S & ECM'S
• Nurturing relationships with clients and contractors
• Handling administrative duties related to the managers portfolio
• Reading, interpreting and understanding the relevant legislation.
• Processing and following through with maintenance requests
• Document preparation prior and post meetings

The Candidate:
To be successful in securing this amazing opportunity, you will have proven administration skills. You will also have;

• Strong Administration skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• Have a high level of computer skills
• The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
• Mandarin speaking advantageous
