About your new job
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to utilise all of your strengths and manage various functions within the business. Excitingly no 2 days will be the same and some of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to –
- Assisting the sales team with Bid coordination, tender /contract administration and customer proposals
- Utilise creativity to develop engaging presentations and storyboards for upcoming meetings.
- Providing support in the planning, monitoring and reporting of finance transformation strategic initiatives
- Provide secretariat support to senior stakeholders, including the Investment Management Committee and CFO, by managing agendas, coordinating schedules, and taking minutes during meetings.
- Assist in planning and organising monthly team meetings and semi-annual conferences for the CFO division.

- Ability to work autonomously and also proactively with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to utilise your creative nature through storyboards and presentations.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate through multiple programs and systems.
- Previous experience with providing secretariat support and minute-taking.
