About the role:
If you're passionate about sales and building strong customer relationships, and you relish the opportunity to engage with Tier 1 manufacturing sites, this could be your chance to elevate your career. The ideal candidate will be tasked with nurturing and expanding relationships with Industrial end users across NSW, primarily in Sydney and QLD.
  • A proven track record of cultivating and expanding business relationships
  • Experience in value-based selling
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Technical aptitude, particularly in selling complex products
  • Proficiency in managing time, territory, and customer accounts
  • A motivated, goal-oriented mindset
  • Eligibility to live, drive, and work in Australia
Responsibilities:
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the All-Pumps brand and product portfolio in growing markets (with a mix of new and existing customers)
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with our brand values
  • Based in Sydney NSW, with travel across the state as necessary
  • Participating in weekly Sales Meetings and collaborating with the team to overcome challenges
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts by product and customer
  • Successfully implementing the annual sales and marketing plan objectives and targets
  • Engaging with engineers to ensure the most reliable solutions for applications
  • Conducting all dealings with utmost integrity
  • Managing all sales-related tasks and activities in our CRM system (Pipedrive)
  • Understanding and responding decisively to customer needs
  • Regularly meeting with key accounts to strengthen relationships (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Embracing continuous learning in this dynamic field
  • Note: Engineering qualifications are not required for this role to be successful
