Positions available

Assistant Head Sommelier

What we are looking for
WSET Level 3 or above (or equivalent)
2 years + experience as a Senior Sommelier
Ability to lead and drive a team
Passionate about training and development, not only for yourself and your own learning but for your team too.
A passion for and knowledge of premium wine offerings
Knowledge of the Australian and international market
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in this role working in a fine dining establishment
Detailed knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends (we are open Wednesday - Sunday)
