The Opportunity
They are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant. The role will suit somebody who is seeking a full-time permanent opportunity where they can grow. This role is ideal for somebody who is looking for longevity in their next role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Being the "face" of the office by meeting and greeting clients
- Answering phones
- General office support duties
- Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients
- ATO lodgements
- Corresponding with clients in regards to any queries they may have
- Scanning, filing, archiving
- Maintaining the client database
About You
- Must have at least 1 years' experience in administration within an accounting practice
- Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
- Be a people person and love talking to new people
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong administration skills
