About the opportunity:
We are keen to appoint an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our high performing Life Sciences team. The role specialises across pharmaceutical and medical device recruitment, giving you the opportunity to be a subject matter expert in the field working with the most exciting healthcare organisations globally. This role offers an extremely high performing desk with a great network of clients and candidates for you to take advantage of.
About you:
- You are an experienced life sciences, pharmaceutical or medical devices recruiter with a history of successfully partnering with clients and candidates to deliver results in a 360-recruitment role
- You can build creditability with clients and candidates through your commitment to delivering a high-quality service. You have a track record of repeat business to back this up, and candidates that will speak to your focus on customer service
- You are personable and approachable with a positive outlook in life, and exhibit genuine warmth with internal and external stakeholders
- You are a team player who understands the big picture and benefit of sharing candidates and working collaboratively
- Welcoming team environment encouraging collaboration and innovation
