About the RoleThe Learning and Development Manager is responsible for the implementation and overall functioning of the non-clinical learning and development service for Fiona Stanley Hospital in accordance with contractual requirements, relevant standards, and best practice. Reporting to the HRMS Manager, this role will provide leadership and support in the operational management of the Learning and Development Team.Key responsibilities include: Implement and maintain a learning and development strategy to support and nurture the development of a one team culture. Oversee the workforce wide delivery of high-quality flexible learning opportunities to a range of learners comprising Serco and hospital employees, volunteers and subcontractors. Initiate and maintain positive engagement across all service lines to support the development of innovative, relevant, and engaging training and development solutions. Monitor team practices and compliance standards to ensure consistency with legislative and contract requirements.
