They have over 17 branch locations across Australia and New Zealand. Their equipment range includes Bobcat Skid Steer Loaders and Excavators, Develon Excavators and Loaders.

Due to ongoing growth in the business, they are looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join their Perth branch located in Kenwick.
The Position...
This position involves maximising opportunities within the spare parts department by developing strong relationships with both internal team members and external customers.
You will be required to manage the inventory and logistics ensuring that all stock for parts and machinery are maintained at a reasonable level and ordered to replenish as required.
Additional responsibilities include :
- Receiving and processing incoming parts enquiries through various channels.
- Parts interpreting and advising customers on required parts.
- Processing of customer orders and invoicing.
- Contributing towards proactive inventory management.
- Back ordering and sorting out ageing orders.
- Playing a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction levels.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of the team and play a key role in helping the team to achieve their goals of providing excellent customer support and branch growth.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have the following :
- Parts interpreting experience in the Construction, Forklift, or any other Heavy Equipment industry.
- A thorough understanding of machinery / equipment enabling you to provide excellent parts support to internal / external customers.
- A passion to find solutions for customers by going above and beyond the usual norms.
- Well-developed communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to enjoy and thrive in a demanding and challenging role while helping your team achieve its goals.
