Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing - Project Management and Coordination to lead our marketing initiatives and ensure effective project management and coordination within the marketing department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects from inception to completion.
What You'll Do in Your New Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans in alignment with company objectives and goals.
- Collaborate closely with senior-level management to develop strategies and plans.
- Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead marketing professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including global Sites, SEO Development, Landing Pages, and social media, email marketing.
- Plan and schedule promotional email campaigns for social trading initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital assets, and multimedia content, to support brand awareness and lead generation efforts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities, and incorporate findings into marketing strategies.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate discussions with relevant stakeholders regarding the Global Marketplace, addressing logistical details and any legal considerations.
- Provide marketing support across the company as required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of digital marketing experience in the financial services industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and people management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with acute attention to detail
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM
- Previous experience in the financial or trading industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
