HAND IN HAND NSW are currently searching for a compassionate and meticulous Cleaner to become a valued member of our team. As a Cleaner, you will have a pivotal role in upholding a pristine, germ-free, and orderly atmosphere for our esteemed clients. Your duties encompass undertaking general cleaning tasks, guaranteeing adherence to health and safety regulations, and delivering exceptional client care.
To be successful as a cleaner, you should be able to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated period. Ultimately, a top-performing cleaner should be physically fit and able to perform with minimal supervision.
Cleaner Responsibilities:
· Perform routine cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
· Sanitize and clean restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
· Dispose of waste in designated areas and ensure trash bins are emptied.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, such as lounge rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms.
· Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
· Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and in a courteous manner.
Cleaner Requirements:
. Available to work mornings and evenings, plus weekends, as needed.
· Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable.
· Possess knowledge of various cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
· Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently.
· Exhibit strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
· Show excellent verbal communication abilities and a high level of customer service skills.
· Possess physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
· Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures is required.

Salary: $23.60 – $35.00 per hour
