Description:
We are a commercial Laundry in Marrickville looking for process workers to join our team.
As a general laundry hand/delivery driver, you are responsible for conducting early morning deliveries using our vans and returning to our factory to assist in processing laundry and linen. You will work with commercial driers, washing machines, and other team members and machines to ensure the operation efficiently delivers quality and consistency.
All staff are encouraged to learn and rotate through most roles in the factory however we are seeking a staff member to focus on our wash and dry area.
This role includes repetitive loading and unloading of commercial washers and driers so it requires a physically fit person for this active role.
It is also suites for early morning starts 5am or earlier meaning you must have a reliable way of commuting to our factory in Addison Road Marrickville.
We are seeking a staff member who is consistent and reliable and who may need to lock up at the end of the shift and work autonomously on occation.
We are looking for workers available 6 Days Monday to Saturday.
The shifts start anytime between 5-7 am and can go as late as 4-5 pm on some days.
Start and finish times occasionally vary an hour or so some days so we are looking for a staff member with a little flexibility.
We are looking for a person that can also assist with deliveries using one of our company vans so experience driving is essential.
