Reporting to the Recruitment Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for providing the recruitment team with support across multiple functions. Duties: Scheduling interviews and pre-employment medicals, background checks and psychometric assessments. Preparation and issuing employment offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires and contractors. Assist the Recruitment team with the update and maintenance of the Success Factors Recruitment Management System.
