About the role:

As the Project Manager , you'll bring your prior experience and leadership of the day-to-day management of multiple projects from conception through to delivery, including cost, schedule, scope, quality, resources, setup/installation, and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide project resources, develop budget estimates, project plans, drawings, and tender submissions
  • Deal with external & internal stakeholder demands, conflicts and changes
  • Manage resources and oversee the day-to-day execution of all project related works
  • Deliver progress meetings with key clients, attend client sites, and prepare scope of works for quoting purposes
  • Ensure strategic plans are clearly understood, communicated to key stakeholders, and delivered to a high standard
  • Maintain detailed end-to-end project documentation from enquiry to final invoicing
  • Prepare and conduct project kick-off meetings with project teams and ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and comply with all HSEQ policies
  • Provide weekly reports on project activities, issues, concerns and successes

About you:

  • Experience in the Rental, Mining, Construction or Heavy industries
  • 2+ yrs' exp in Project Management, or 5+yrs exp in Project Engineering or Project/Contract Administration looking for that next step in your career
  • Exceptional organisation & planning skills with strong adherence to deadlines
  • Superior verbal & written communication skills, and technical writing ability
  • Provide visible leadership, develop and mentor project teams and obtain best outcomes from team members
  • Qualification in Engineering, Mining, Project Management, Business Management or similar highly regarded (but not essential)
  • Knowledge of dewatering, pumping system design, pipeline design and installation highly desirable
  • Experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or similar
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights + AU Driver Licence
