The client are a rapidly expanding NDIS provider within the Disability sector in the llawarra region. Renowned for delivering high-quality care with compassion and kindness, the organisation strives to enhance opportunities for participants to empower and achieve their goals. The client are seeking a self-driven, motivated, and experienced Operations Manager to oversee service delivery and contribute to business development. You will lead and supervise a team of support workers, ensuring optimal outcomes for participants. Additionally, you will liaise with stakeholders involved in participant care.
Coordinate and manage daily operations of services, including group homes and community-based services. Assist management with administration and liaise with stakeholders, participants' families, and carers. Support organisational business development efforts, including referral generation, intake assessment, and collaboration with operational teams. Oversee documentation and reporting of support workers in compliance with NDIS legislative requirements and policies. Attend meetings and maintain regular, in-person contact with participants and support worker teams. Participate in an on-call roster on a rotational basis.
Essential Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant Allied Health field (desirable)
- Experience in managing support teams and knowledge of NDIS
- Compliance checks including the NDIS Workers Screening Check
- National Criminal History
- WWCC
- COVID19 Vaccination Digital Certificate, inclusive of mandated booster vaccinations as directed by State Government and NDIS mandates
- Valid Australian Driver Licence
