About the Role
Our Pool Team Leader role is pivotal in ensuring our swimming facilities operate like a well-oiled machine. You'll take the helm in monitoring and maintaining the pool's plant, equipment, and facilities while also guiding our staff through the ins and outs of safe equipment operations and handling.
Additionally, as our Team Leader you'll step into the role of lifeguard, ready to jump into action with your rescue and first aid expertise whenever the need arises, safeguarding the well-being of our swimmers. You'll be the friendly face and helping hand at the Front Desk and Kiosk, managing customer interactions, stock orders, entry procedures, and upholding Public Health protocols.
Leading by example, you'll steer your team towards excellence, offering direction, support, and training to nurture an environment where growth and skills enhancement flourish.

About You
As our ideal candidate, you will be a problem-solver at heart, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for keeping things running smoothly. You’ve got the skills of a lifeguard, a passion for pristine pools, an unwavering commitment to safety as well as:
- A certified pool lifeguard skillset.
- Experience in pool plant and equipment maintenance and operation.
- A track record of diving headfirst into leadership roles and making a positive splash.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
