Let’s talk about this role In this 12 month fixed term contract as a Data Entry Officer, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through ensuring the health of nib’s customer policies. This is done through effective, efficient and accurate data processing of policyholder information. You will provide data entry support to the team by effectively managing the workflow and key priorities of the business in an accurate and timely manner. This will be done via communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, customers and other Health Insurers and the accurate and efficient processing of customer policy information and other related functions including ‘New Applications Forms’. Let’s talk about you You consider yourself a motivated self-starter with experience in a data entry role. Your proven ability to multi-task in a high-pressured environment coupled with attention to detail and accuracy will ensure you are well placed for success in this role. Furthermore, you will have:
  • Willingness to learn about the nib Policy Administration processing procedures
  • Ability to break down the complex into understandable language for relevant stakeholders and members
  • Well-developed listening and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and approach to work, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Knowledge of the private health insurance industry (desirable)
