Description:
Woolloomooloo Pharmacy is a local community pharmacy, with great focus on customer health and wellbeing. We offer a range of medicinal products and professional pharmacy services. We also offer nutritional and health advice to customers.
We are currently looking for a part-time pharmacy assistant to join the Woolloomooloo Pharmacy team. While no pharmacy experience is necessary, a background in customer service will be highly regarded. Pay is based on the Pharmacy Industry Award.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers
- Processing sales, including cash purchases, credit cards and EFTPOS, and using point-of-sale system
- Stocking shelves and organising displays
- Assisting with stocktake and orders
- Assisting the pharmacist with orders
- Assist the pharmacist in dispensary duties
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous pharmacy experience preferred, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work unassisted and in a team
- Fast learner
- A positive attitude and friendly demeanour
