Description:

We are looking for a best-in-class HR Advisor to join our business partnering team working with our People, Culture & Advocacy team. This role will provide the opportunity to demonstrate the breadth of your HR skills and capability and provide you with future development opportunities through exposure to a range of activities and teams across Suncorp.

What you’ll do

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the future state workforce via project and initiative delivery.
  • Provide advice to senior executives in the People, Culture & Advocacy team.
  • Drive change through talent planning, organisational change, change management and people risk identification and mitigation.
  • Work fluidly around problems, initiatives, and projects to rapidly deploy solutions for ever-shifting demands.
  • Analyse and use data to Identify trends and emerging People & Culture issues and opportunities.
  • Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related field is desirable.
  • 5+ years in fast-paced HR business partner role and/or HR related discipline.
  • Experience in a large/complex organisation highly desirable.
  • Previous experience across organisational change and project management.
  • Ability to understand and define a business/people opportunity then design and deliver effective people solutions.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships quickly and connect with others.
  • Problem solving, identifying innovative and strategic solutions.
  • High degree of adaptability and learning agility
  • Superior organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
