The CompanyAn exciting full time, permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts/Finance Officer to work with a market leader. This role is based in Sydney's CBD and offers flexibility to WFH 2 days per week.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will become part of highly regarded and close knit AR team responsible for maintaining reconciliations, allocations and some aspects of the GL as well as maintenance of other finance procedures and processes. The role will include but not be limited to:
Responsibilities;
- Bank reconciliations
- Allocations
- Managing some aspects of the the General Ledger
- Responding to AR queries
- Invoicing/Receipting
- Manage accruals and prepayment schedules
- Assist in end-of-month reporting
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager
The successful candidate will obtain the following:
- 2 + years experience in a similar role
- Intention to start or begun CA/CPA
- Intermediate excel skills (v look ups/pivots)
- Proven reconciliations experience
- Experience in working with a large ERP System
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
