The Company
Our client is an international plumbing company that has been operating for over 25 years. They are currently working on a number of large construction and infrastructure projects around Sydney. Due to an increased workload and a strong pipeline of projects they are looking at hiring a project administrator.
Responsibilities
- Action all supplier invoices and budget sheets
- Deliver assigned projects scope, schedule and budget
- Report to the project manager and construction manager.
- Provide support to Project manager milestones
- Create and follow up RFI’s with the client
- Communicate with key stakeholders through the business
- Manage delivery schedules with suppliers and client
- Project admin and support as required
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
- To be able to work with Blue Beam, MS Excel, Projects, Word and Outlook.
- Experience on Aconex or Procore beneficial
- Ability to problem solve
