As Coordinator Policies & Standards Qantas Agency Connect, this role is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and business processes to support initiatives across the Qantas Group for the indirect channel. The role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive toward a seamless delivery to Travel Agent Partners across multiple platforms with a continuous focus on identifying and driving efficiencies with an innovative and pro-active approach. You’ll have:
  • Experience with domestic and international air fares and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Travel Agents and how they work.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and quickly to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Airline/travel industry experience essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
