About the role
We are currently looking to speak with experienced and qualified Financial Controllers and dealership accountants, looking to step into the role of financial controller for this exciting and dynamic business.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, as well as a thorough understanding of how a dealership operates. You may come from a truck, earthmoving, agricultural or automotive dealership industry, it doesn't matter - as long as you have dealership experience.
In the role, you will be critical in the strategic planning of the business. You will oversee an administrative team of 20, across multiple locations and provide mentoring where necessary. You will lead the creation and adherence of industry business processes and systems at all levels.
Ideally you will also have:

• Proven experience in a similar role, with an organisation size of at least 50 staff
• Degree Qualifications, CPA or CA qualification required
• Proficiency in all facets of the dealership financial accounting processes
• Experience in leading and managing a team

An excellent remuneration package comprising of a healthy retainer (c. $150k - $200k + super) will be tailored to attract the candidate who will best fit the organisation.
