About the Business:
Bloom (a recruitment company) is exclusively recruiting this newly created opportunity for one of our Clients. This organization has been in operation for close to 10 years, and is servicing the plumbing and electrical space. It's expansion is rapid, with multiple locations nationally and breaking records in revenue over the past year. Due to this growth, they are now looking to expand their sales team, who are based out of their offices in West Leederville.
They have a crystal clear vision for national expansion, and are passionate about a customer-centric approach, innovation that sees them leaps and bounds ahead of competitors in the market and setting a new standard in the industries they work within.

About the Role:
Play a pivotal role in executing the company vision, be part of something special right here in WA, providing remote sales for this company's locations on a national basis.
Play your role by bringing a relentless hunger to your sales approach whilst building rapport and long-lasting relationships with for their customers.
Be rewarded for this with uncapped earnings potential whilst having the support of our team of experts with 50 years in the industry combined.
You will be fully equipped with the tools of the trade including a phone, laptop, modern vehicle along with your own office in our vibrant HQ, located in West Leederville close to the Mitchell freeway, with a view of the beautiful Lake Monger.
Like all great salespeople, you will be on the road building on your business network to win market share with a business ownership mentality.
Receive sales training and mentoring from proven sales talent within the field. We invite those without prior industry knowledge to apply; we require the innate hunger you have to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Converting remote leads that are both provided to you by our marketing team & those that are self-generated.
  • Successfully onboard and handover B2B clients.
  • Adapt industry leading company behaviours to drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Planning / Effective Execution / Swift Reporting.
About You:
-
Strong, prior experience in sales driven roles as a Business Development Manager or Sales Executive (this role will not be best suited to those from a Customer Service or Retail background, it it has a heavy sales focus)
- A hunger to drive sales through proactive prospecting, maximising your networks and creating client relationships, from the ground up
- You take pride in your performance, and that of your team and have an unrivalled hunger for success
- You have a passion for development, whether personal or professional
- Resilience, agility and being high on agency will be pivotal to your success in this role
- You will thrive in a fast paced environments and be comfortable pivoting where necessary
