About the role
This position is responsible for effectively leading and managing service delivery support provided by the People and Culture consultancy to clients across the organisation. The position is also responsible for workforce planning and development requirements for the College. The position builds and maintains collaborative and successful relationships with clients and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in the provision of high-level advice across a range of complex workforce matters including but not limited to change management, policy development and workforce planning in a multifaceted organisational environment. The successful application will also demonstrate well-developed negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence people in the achievement of objectives, build and maintain collaborative relationships and networks.
