What’s on offer?
Due to continued growth within the Western Region, we’re currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer keen to develop their skills and experience with our Northern Region Construction Team.
Fulton Hogan’s RAAF Base Pearce Project is approximately 18 months in duration and includes significant upgrades to existing airfield asphalt pavements, concrete pavements, drainage, and airfield ground lighting (AGL) infrastructure.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, and based onsite at RAAF Base Pearce, Bullsbrook, WA, you will be responsible for ensuring designated areas of works are delivered in accordance with time, cost, and quality objectives.
We are seeking Site Engineers who have demonstrated experience in comparable civil and drainage works and additionally, those with airfield ground lighting (AGL) (or similar utilities) and industrial / commercial building experience will be highly regarded.
Your Contribution
- Quality assurance site surveillance activities including measuring, inspections etc.
- Ensure quality procedures are followed, and support team members to follow processes.
- Assist with preparation and implementation of work packs to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant activities.
- Resource co-ordination inc. material allocations, test requests, reconciliations, procurement etc.
- Productivity and cost tracking analysis.
- Implementing, monitoring, and reporting against weekly targets.
You will hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or equivalent tertiary qualifications and possess demonstrated experience working on major Civil Engineering projects.
Detailed planning and construction staging skills, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to take ownership and problem solve when under pressure will set you up for success.
Knowledge of Primavera P6 advantageous.
